I really wanted to create a Dimir deck that used at least some cards from Gatecrash, particularly Consuming Aberration. I fell in love with the card from the first time I dropped it during the pre-release tournament.

Since he makes himself bigger, I decided not to put much else for milling in the deck (I was having a hard time winning games with that approach). I think Niblis of the Breath works well with Desecration Demon, and Fog Banks are very useful defenders. Then I just rounded out the rest of the deck with kill spells and draw spells, and included Essence Harvest to combo with either Desecration Demon or, if I'm lucky, with Consuming Aberration.

Play tests seem to be working well so far and I think I'll be able to hold my own against most aggro decks. Those are what I'm most worried about. Any suggestions on good strategies against aggro are very welcome!
