This is probably one of my oldest decks around. The idea is to use the mana-accelerating elves to cast Phage the Untouchable and attack with Phage and a Taunting Elf for game. The deck can also simply attack with the horde of elves that tends to pile up as the game progresses, alongside heavy hitters like Regal Force. Speed or mana isn't generally an issue with this deck. It can get mana out pretty quickly.

Fierce Empath can grab you Phage if you don't have her, or Regal Force if you feel you need it. Krosan Drover gets them out faster, though Dark Rituals tend to beat the Drovers to the job. Orochi Leafcaller turns green mana to black or red or whatever if needed.

The sideboard focuses on either going for elf aggro or getting Phage a better ticket through the opponent's defenses. Either way, it generally means a win.

-1/-1 counters and red decks can eat this deck alive if you're not careful. Having your entire field wiped by one card is pretty disheartening.
