Idea is pretty simple. Deck plays out just like burn, but with Delver of Secrets as early pressure (best creature ever printed, tied with Deathrite Shaman) and cantrips that help with consisntency. Being aggro is a good excuse to play UR deck without Snapcaster anyway.

If i had more money to spend, I would for sure add Blood Moon to the main deck.
