I bought the pre-con and am tweaking it. I am not sure if the first go here is better or not, but I wanted a better budget manabase until I get a set of shock/fetches. I am also thinking about how I can tweak the spells and included dragons. Currently there isn't a whole lot of ways to make sure I get what I want or need when I want or need it.
