Heyo guys! First things first, I wanted to apologize for any mistakes I make. I'm fairly new to MTG in general, only joining in the middle of Dragons of Tarkir, and I'm also new at using this site. Anyway, onto the deck!

First thing first, the mana base. Fairly standard, I'm running Evolving Wilds just to thin the deck. Not a whole lot going on here. Moving on...

Sorcery's. Sweltering suns kills a sum total of 1 card in our deck (Harsh Mentor), and can be extremely useful to either cycle for card advantage or just straight up wipe a board. Tormenting Voice also helps cycle through the deck, and can enable madness easily if applicable.

Enchantments. As Foretold is a HUGE part of this deck, allowing for potentially 4 cards to be cast each turn. FOR FREE. That sounds like #value. Also, its fairly low on mana, which allows me to start with one early and just sit on it with a Enigma Drake keeping me safe.

Instants. Here is the fun stuff. Essence Scatter and Just the Wind are there to help control the flow of the game, and stall for Enigma Drakes and As Foretold . Magma Spray is there to help get rid of cheap creatures that scale well, (I'm looking at YOU, Tireless Tracker) and the Lightning Axe is for more removal, and CAN help with madness on Just the Wind . Winds of Rebuke is a way to not only control the board, but also a way to get more instants/sorcery's in the grave for Enigma Drake, Curious Humonulus, and Cryptic Serpent. Finally, Pull from Tomorrow is more digging power+discard for madness. Onwards to creatures!

Creatures. First, the main creature that inspired the deck, Enigma Drake. In the very little time I've done playtesting, I've had Enigma Drake anywhere from 3/4 to 11/4 on turn 5. A VERY fun card. Cryptic Serpent is often a for a 6/5, which helps immensely with dealing with Gearhulks. Now, we have Harsh Mentor. As a bear, it is fairly good for just plopping down t2 and having the opponent hurt themselves with any and all activated abilities. Ahhh, value. Also, a great blocker. Thing in the Ice   is another good blocker, and as a bonus, transforms very easily in this deck. I would love to have 2+ more, but I haven't seen any in my local store in a long time. Shame. Anyway, now on to some mana ramp in the form of Curious Homunculus   . Not only does it help ramp, but once it flips (Very easy in this deck) it provides pseudo-ramp and a very respectable 3/4 body with prowess. A nice card altogether. Now, for the big boys. Torrential Gearhulk allows for some recursion of spells in the graveyard with a large body, and Glorybringer can float in t5 to deal some damage to a planeswalker and nuke a troublesome creature if needed. And so ends this deck description. Any and all help, specifically with the sideboard, is appreciated and asked for. Again, apologies for any mistakes made. Cheers!
