My attempt at a deck centred on Harness the Storm for FNM. So far its generally middle of the table every week so I am looking to make improvements.

(I only own the one Jace and honestly he hasnt been that big of a help)

Currently seems to have consistency issues, considering swapping some cards out for Tormenting Voice but I am not sure which: -Twinbolt seems lacklustre but I don't know if I can afford to cut burn. -Cutting 1 Harness the Storm is an option because their effect is pretty weak after the first one, unfortunately it is vital I get one out early game if I want to actually burn someone out. -Trail of evidence draws me quite a lot of cards each game I play it but tormenting voice would likely do that as well but also enable madness.

Ideally I should keep all of my instants and sorceries (other than rise from the tides obviously) to 4 ofs because it gives more chances to trigger Harness the Storm.
