It actually runs about as well as the version with fetches. I can sometimes argue that it runs better because it avoids shuffling the scry'd down crap. The only contention now is whether to remove another land for a basic island. With a turn 2 blood moon I don't technically need an island to go off as I can ritual into a manamorphose to start my combo, but being able to guarantee I have a blue source is nice. This version actually pitches everything that isn't a ritual turn 1-2 then tries to turn 3 Goblin-ritual-manamorphose-Past then just start using graveyard as a resource. I usually only play a goblin turn 2 to bait a counter or hate card. From my testing without hate I can turn 3 90% of the time Game 1. With hate, except for faeries or non-tap out decks, I can usually seal a deal Turn 3-5. If my opponent happens to have extreme library hate e.g. Surgical, Extraction I have literally 4 options for finishing the game Grapeshot, Thought Scour mainboard and Empty the warrens and or Lightning bolt out of the board.

The biggest thing about this deck is it requires so much meta knowledge and play consistency. If you don't know your opponents deck like it's your own then this is not the deck for you. This deck is probably one of the most unfair, except it requires you to know when casting grapeshot on a dude will win or lose you the game. A large amount of people don't want to pull the cord on the combo if it seems shaky. You need to understand exactly at what point you can change strategies or stop all together to prepare for a past in flames recovery next turn. As I stated earlier it requires consistency in play meaning that if you even start to slack off in your game it will punish you for it hard. This deck demands the highest caliber of play. You are not simply attaching a sword to a bird and going in the red zone, you are playing chess while skydiving all of the pieces are in the air so you need to adapt.

Heres to hoping it survives the Monday banlist update.
