This deck is based on bringing together elements of several UW control decks. There are fewer counterspells in exchange for the board sweepers, on which quicken can be used. The win condition is either looping elixir of immortality until the opponent is decked, or Celestial Colonnade. Narset Transcendent's emblem can help stop any chance of victory for the opponent, since their creatures can be killed fairly easily once they have no other castable spells.
