Look to the skies. This deck has quickly become a favorite. Featuring several of the best U/W creatures in standard. Mausoleum Wanderer is very good at maintaining control while being able to counter spells from your opponent and keep them double guessing what they should do all the while he quietly recieves anthems nearly every turn. Rattlechains offers so much in a single card. Flashing in at end of turn to avoid Languish or to give hexproof to a quelller to keep a spell pinned down and fizzle my opponents removal. Topplegeist replaces what would be an obvious choice for most in Reflector Mage,however this deck is all about power and speed and evasive combat tactics in order to win early and often and Topplegeist helps in so many ways. Nevermind the delirium , he provides synergy and is often best used with Rattlechains for a flash blocker that taps a creature. Selfless Spirit is big time in this deck giving me an advatage against midrage removal decks and allowing me to keep creatures on the board while beating my opponents down. The captians of the squad are Archangel Avacyn   and Dragonlord Ojutai for obvious reasons. Avacyn can stifle your opponents board wipes and when timed well really can swing the game in your favour while Ojutai is just plain nasty with Always Watching on the field. I chose to play Clash of Wills in the main because along with Spell Queller you should have enough to disrupt you opponent early and often enough to end the game nice and quick. All you need is one stumble in the first 5 rounds and its likely lights out for the other dude. Collective Effort is such a great card so i chose to main deck 3 allowing for anthems at sorcery speed. It also has much utility in the other modes making it a great card to main deck. The escalate costs dont require additional mana and that can make all the difference. A one of Ojutai's Command can offer you the chance to bring back a Rattlechains from the graveyard for example and put it right into play allowing for hexproof at instant speed along with its additional modes , making it a powerful card in limited situations.
