Running my style of a deck. Using instant speeds, and creatures to whittle my opponents down.

My local isn't running many RDW or RB decks currently, and we have more Esper/Bant control or Frites strategies. If you have any suggestions to fix up this list, as I am not sure what I need to do to get around Esper control lists, where I have my worst record.

Had to miss out on FNM for bad roads. I've added some of your suggestions, and will ask friends who live in the area what decks I need to look out for next week. Sucks having to move back to home town after being on a college campus for months.

I cut some counter spells for removal, and made some switches in the sideboard
