This is my first attempt at a Vaevictis Asmadmi reanimator deck, with a little bit of lands matter added in because, let's face it, Vaevictis is going to be pumping out a TON of lands since they make up 37% of the deck. Unfortunately, as of this time, I don't have a lot of ways to get lands back from my graveyard, but I'm looking to remedy that.

I'm not sold on the tiny dragon subtheme, but Utvara Hellkite creating tokens when Vaevctis attacks seems like a decent way to generate value and increase my board presence, Lathliss triggers every time a non-token dragon ETB's, and since killing Kokusho and reanimating him over and over is always a good idea, it seemed like I might get some decent tokens from it. Then adding Bladewing to the mix seemed logical - after all, if I'm going to be sac'ing and reanimating Kokusho, why not play Bladewing? On top of that, reanimating Bladewing or casting him can trigger Lathliss twice! Steel Hellkite is just a plain good way to blow up a bunch of my opponents' things to reanimate them later, and Nesting Dragon creates tokens for sac fodder or chump blockers that create more tokens on death!

I was torn on how far I wanted to push the discard subtheme. Part of me wanted to go all in and add punishing cards like Quest for the Nihil Stone, Megrim, Fell Specter, and Liliana's Caress, but ultimately, I steered away from that in order to focus more on the reanimation theme. Ultimately, this deck is still unfinished as I want to take advantage of the reanimation and recursion with more sac outlets and possibly adding Panharmonicon. Some cards that I may look into buying to upgrade the deck are World Shaper, Crucible of Worlds, It That Betrays, Puppeteer Clique, Grave Pact, Warstorm Surge, Savage Ventmaw, Scourge of Valkas, Balefire Dragon, Aggravated Assault and Ramunap Excavator. I'll update the maybe board with cards that I own that I may consider playing.
