This Deck is a little more expensive than the usual stuff I build, but I think it is still in a reasonable price range for Casual Players. One of my friend actually bought it and he seems quite pleased with the results!
This deck is going to make you feel like a Milking Cow... Weird hein? Let me explain.
There's the cow Bloodline Keeper
! The only thing you want him to do, is milking. You want that guy to give you as many Vampires that you can! 2/2 Flying Vampire! Each damn turn! And you want this guy Vampire Nocturnus To make them 4/3 Flying.
(Usualy, Vampire Nocturnus has ''Play with the top card of your library revealed.'' It's still active as a ruling of the card, but in this deck, all your cards are Black so you always have the +2/+1)
Once you have enough Vampires, you can flip Bloodline Keeper
into Lord of Lineage
which grants your Vampires an other +2/+2 Bonus which makes your tiny 2/2 Vampire Token into 6/5 Vampires.
And if this wasn't enough there's this pretty Lady Necropolis Regent who's boosting your vampires even more.(Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, put that many +1/+1 counters on it.) So you can easily have like 7 Vampire Toeken 12/11 Flying and you can give them Deathtouch, Fear and Lifelink!

Ragged Veins
When you attack and your opponent blocks you (bad choice) you enchant HIS CREATURE and he takes your 12/11 Vampire right in his Life Point.
Finally, Sorin Markov This guy is expensive, he's not necessary for the mechanic, but he can really help you speeding things up by reducing your opponent Life Point at 10.
