This deck was requested to me by a friend and he wanted me to build this commander deck. It's an interesting commander that I haven't seen played before but actually has a lot of potential. This commander allows you to turn any creature into a vampire allowing you to be tribal And not be limited to only vampire creatures. Criticism is accepted and please suggest cards.
