Change Philosophy

The main changes made are to include new cards from XLN that support our strategy, and to remove very small sub themes to strength major themes. This is done by removing cards that play into the discard theme and extort theme. They were supported by 3 and 2 cards respectively, and so they wouldn't come up often and make a major impact in the game. These cards, as well as others have been replaced by cards that support the other themes that come up in the deck:

1. Going wide with vampires and their lords
2. Turning an opponent's creatures against them, either by turning them into vampires or killing them for their abilities. Although gaining control was not hugely supported in the preconstructed deck, by virtue of it giving you more vampires, it feeds into the go wide strategy.
3. Draining our opponents for health.
4. Not a major change but Blood Tribute -> Exquisite Blood. As it is a marginally cheaper, and better surprise I win condition with Sanguine Bond. I felt this was okay since, with the additional drain available in the deck, Blood Tribute wouldn't be as useful for its normal value.

That covers a majority of the changes. I'd welcome any and all feedback, I still quite a few things I want to change.
