Hi Everyone! Thanks for stopping by. I recently built this deck and am having a total blast playing it. Here are a few deck building guidelines that will illustrate the choices I've made:

1. I chose Varina, Lich Queen because my good friend makes fun of me for never turning my board sideways. I'm a synergy/value oriented player, and Varina is perfect for my kind of aggro gameplan because you can do a huge amount of card filtering and graveyard loading to speed up your play. The basic gameplan is to ramp and drop low-cost zombies in the early game. Then cast Varina and start attacking aggressively. In the mid game you sculpt your hand, grow your graveyard, and create an engine to accelerate the deck. There are tons of ways to get extra zombies onto the battlefield, and draw way more cards than you have any right to. The lategame plan is zombie beatdown by completely overwhelming your opponents with tokens, beaters, and value.
2. You'll notice I haven't included any aristocrats. I've played aristocrats to death in other decks and the goal here is to play a creature-oriented combat deck. We want to take advantage of the graveyard without any sac/reanimation loops and without pinging our opponents. You won't see Vengeful Dead, Wayward Servant, or Corpse Knight even though I have considered the latter two due for their cheap bodies.
3. I've also de-powered some card choices for the sake of flavor. Despite how good they are, you won't see any Archfiend of Ifnir, or Wonder. Instead we play Noxious Ghoul, and Eternal Skylord. I've also taken out Approach of the Second Sun because my playgroup has done it plenty of times already.

Now I'm looking for feedback on the following changes:

1. A few cards feel clunky. Specifically, Synthetic Destiny and Mirrorweave. I want these slots to let me do something unexpected. I might replace Mirrorweave for Sakashima's Will.
2. I'm trying to find slots for Cleansing Meditation and Heliod's Intervention. My meta is very heavy on hateful enchantments.
3. Mill seems fun. Psychic Corrosion could be a win-con. In my first game I drew and pitched over half my deck.
4. I always want to add more bodies to the deck. I think it would be fun to include Vizier of Many Faces and another zombie lord.
5. The Scarab God Seems fun, but there are already too many strong effects competing at 5 mana.
