The deck plays out just like any mono blue devotion. Send the small fliers first, build up Devotion with 2 e 3 drops. Finish off with Master of Waves, the Artifact part of it just offers a more wide viriety of options in sideboard and midgame.

No fancy Description, the deck is very straightforward. not sure about some sideboard pieces OR the 11 one drops. any suggestions will be apreciated.
