Not really but I won my first game with this deck so I'm posting it here. The idea is to draw lots of cards and just have stuff to do every turn. I don't normally play Azorius colors but I think Vega is a super awesome commander.

Current win condition is Approach of the Second Sun or Thassa's Oracle. Otherwise just draw cards and help keep the board under control.
