Budget-ish Vela the Night-Clad EDH deck, greatly inspired by Andrew Cummings' decklist at EDHRec. Essentially it's just a Ninja & Morph tribal deck.

We run a few creatures which are innately difficult to block, i.e. Unblockable, Fear, Deathtouch and so on, which enables our ninjas. Most of our creatures also have on-hit effects, which is synergistic with our commander, giving all our creatures Intimidate. Our card draw consists of cards such as Bident of Thassa and Mask of Riddles which is on theme with the unblockable creatures aspect.

We definitely want to reuse both our ninjas and morph creatures, so we run a few bounce effects. Similarly, many of our creatures also has ETB abilities, so we run some clone effects as well.

Combos

Brine Elemental + Vesuvan Shapeshifter ; also known as the Pickles Lock. Locks your opponents from ever untapping again.

Rite of Replication + Vela the Night-Clad ; deals 30 damage to each opponent because of the legend rule.
