This deck focuses on the synergy between Veyran, Voice of Duality and effects that ping each player for damage, effectively turning most of our creatures into Guttersnipe. We are quite literally running every on color creature in the game with the ability "Whenever you cast a [Instant/Sorcery/Noncreature] spell, this deals X damage to each opponent" making it all but trivial to drain all our opponents out at once.

This happens alongside our other effects doubled by Veyran, Voice of Duality such as token makers like Talrand, Sky Summoner and other pinging effects such as Aetherflux Reservoir, Sorcerer Class, and Aria of Flame. (Aria of Flame being a particularly potent combo with Veyran, Voice of Duality, as she will cause not just two counters per Instant or Sorcery, but two instances of pinging a target as well.)

With merely Veyran, Voice of Duality and a single Guttersnipe on the field, your opponents will be dead in only 10 cast triggers. Or, with only Veyran and Aria of Flame, they'll all be dead in 9 cast triggers, if you send them all at players. Whether it be 9 or 10 casts, this can easily be accomplished in a single turn with an overloaded Mizzix's Mastery.

You might not think it at first glance, but this deck shreds life totals. It has proven to be a bit too fast for my lgs. While not at cedh power levels, if your opponents cannot find a way to deal with all of your instant and sorcery payoffs or combo off through your counters, this deck will win most any war of attrition.
