I had some Bant cards I wanted to use, and realized that Atraxa would be a good way to do it.

Archangel of Thune + Fathom Mage + Horizon Chimera is a silly pet combo that didn't fit into any of my other decks currently.

Simic Ascendancy seems like a good, fair win condition.

The storage lands can be inefficient, but once you have a proliferation engine, they work as normal lands with the potential to burst for additional mana. Also: they're lands with counters on them, it's thematic, damnit.
