This deck focuses on duplicating counters, whether +1/+1 counters or charge counters. It's main highlight is its versatility. There are multiple ways to win, either by quickly getting 20 counters on Darksteel Reactor or milling opponents' decks with Grindclock or by making an unlimited turn combo with Magistrate's Scepter or just by getting creatures with very high amounts of +1/+1 counters on them.
