This is a casual Wanderer deck built with two simple purposes in mind:

  • Keep the highest price of a single card under $15 (some exceptions)

  • Keep the power level low enough to avoid targeted hate

It is not designed to specifically thwart play groups that allow excessive counters, MLD, or graveyard hate. One theme of this deck is to interact with prospective board states and not rely on the cards in this deck as much as stealing or disrupting other player's permanents. This deck is more similar with MrCoupon than duck's in case you wanted a quick preview.

MAJOR UPDATE

Card Choices:

Mana Crypt: Will always be too expensive

Fabricate: The only cards worth searching for are Cloudstone Curio and Phyrexian Metamorph so I don't see this as a good choice at this time.

Carpet of Flowers: I don't typically play against a lot of decks using Islands

I removed all extra turn spells and Mystical Tutor, so I'm still not running Sphinx of Uthuun, Intuition, Fact or Fiction

Scroll Rack and Sensei's Divining Top: Personally, I think these are dead plays on a Cascade and they aren't useful for this deck.

Tezzeret the Seeker : Since I'm not playing some of the above mentioned artifacts, I don't see this as useful in my deck list.

Worn Powerstone: Although both decks linked above run this card, I see Coalition Relic as strictly better, especially for ramp on the following turn. I can get two different mana from the Relic and only two colorless from the Powerstone.
