This deck is a mid-range janky mess angled towards protecting myself with the scry mechanic and burn to handle early aggro then later combo well Magma Jet, Negate and Utter End while setting up with Generator Servant to abuse Narset, Enlightened Master 4th turn to cheat in planeswalkers aswell as other great new spells like
In Garruk's Wake
and
Jeskai Charm
and some other favorites. 5th turn all aggression should be focused on opponent as they shouldn't have much of anything on the field and so swing with Narset, Enlightened Master and start burning through the deck using scry to set up draw and exile to finish game.

First copy is cast, original Howl makes two copies, so there are 4 instances "floating".
Second Chandra copy is cast, each of the 4 instances makes two copies, so 8 instances now floating. 5. Third Chandra copy is cast, each of the 8 instances makes two copies, so 16 instances. Cast Jeskai Charm, copy it 16 times. 17x4 = 68, +3 if Narset is unblocked.(if you flash out Dictate of the Twin Gods that's 142 damage!)
