This deck is for the 3cmc challenge (Jarrod_0067's Interim Challenge). It is based on one of my own decks (made of leftovers, so not nearly as expensive as the one you see here).

The goal is to lock the opponent down by bouncing his lands back into his hand, and then his creatures. Careful calculation of when to play Mana Breach, Ankh of Mishra and Overburden is key.

A good board presence is to have nonland mana sources fueling Isochron Scepters with Boomerang imprinted on them, while having Propaganda out to stop attackers and Mana Breach out to prevent further spells. While it takes time, usually, half a deck later, the opponent will have nothing on the board, and you will have free reign, attacking him with your Mishra's Factory or Silver Myr, all while probably being between 0 to 5 life. Muddle the Mixture is there both as a counterspell and as a means to fetch any of the 2cmc cards in the deck.

Against creature-heavy decks, side Snap in Hoodwink's place, while against decks with almost no creatures, side Counterspell in Propaganda's place, as well as Oona's Grace and Scroll Rack in the stead of Overburden. Lotus Petal is there on the off chance that it could be sided in for more speed against, perhaps, another all-blue deck of the same ilk.
