Apologies first if the deck does not have its hub correctly assigned, I am a rather new player.

The idea is to build a standard deck around Waste Not with the handicap of not using any Return to Ravnica cards in it. I don't really want to spend money on cards that will be out of Standard in about 2 months from now so this is a little challenge I am dealing with. I understand this gives me a huge disadvantage for now, but I plan on upgrading with the upcoming sets.

The general idea on this deck's playstyle is to have my opponent's hand removed ASAP, either by discarding or exiling, where discarding would be preferable as it triggers Waste Not.

Current considerations:

• Thoughtseize is something to be included eventually as soon as I can get a playset.
• I loved using Quickling so far to save my creatures yet I believe there must be a good replacement for them, maybe more Master of the Feast.

Maybeboard:

• Even though Agent of the Fates + Ordeal of Erebos looks powerful, I'd rather leave it on the maybeboard for now though.
• Whip of Erebos is also something I am considering, Master of the Feast with lifeflink is something you don't want to deal against.
• Bident of Thassa for (more) card advantage.
• Brain Maggot is something that I had in this deck before, it's still an option but I discarded them for now.
