Propaganda , Ghostly Prison , and Rhystic Circle keep you alive so Mana Web and Pendrell Mists locks the opponent down. Dingus Staff will finish them off when they can't pay the upkeep for all the creatures you give them with Acorn Catapult and Forbidden Orchard .

With Mana Web out, if your opponent is using a mono color deck then Pendrell Mists will force them to chose between saving their creatures at their upkeep, or attacking with them (at that point the creatures would be dead). If your opponent has two colors, then after he spends one color of mana keeping his creatures alive, he can then spend the rest during the declare attackers step to attack through your Propaganda and Ghostly Prison , only to be stopped during the combat damage step by your Rhystic Circle . Therefore the only way for an opponent to attack you is if they are playing a three color deck. And they don't use any mana to cast spells that turn.
