Just a fun budget EDH deck.

Gelectrode, Cinder Pyromancer, and Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind combo well with enchantments like Curiosity and Ophidian Eye. Gorgon's Head is a cheaper Basilisk Collar, but we won't be needing that life gain anyway with hate like Leyline of Punishment and Witch Hunt. There's some damage in the deck with Price of Progress and and plenty of things to copy it, which leaves potential for massive damage in EDH. There's more major damage from janky spells like Cerebral Eruption, Erratic Explosion, Blast of Genius, and Epic Experiment to draw them out-- all of which can have their damage doubled by Dictate of the Twin Gods, Fire Servant, Furnace of Rath, and Curse of Bloodletting as well as be copied by Melek, Izzet Paragon, Reverberate, Twincast, Echo Mage, Dualcaster Mage, and Meletis Charlatan. They may also be cast for free by Galvanoth or Wild Evocation, freeing up more mana to copy them. My budget is pretty low, so I can't consider running many things that are worth more than some cents. It's made for some funny games so far!

Thus far it has not been terribly consistent, but it has been very fun to play and won a few games. Dealing 40 direct damage in a turn or two isn't very hard once you've got your mana together and the Niv-Mizzet combo works as well as ever.
