Its been a while since the last time I played Magic the Gathering so bare with me if I am a little rusty. This is an commander deck I am developing for a friend of mine who is newer to the game. He doesn't have a lot of money and wanted me to help him throw something together on a budget. So, I asked him what color(s) he wanted to play and what type of deck he wanted to play. Well, my buddy surprisingly decided on black and red as his colors. What was even more surprising is that he wanted to play vampires. There were very few options but I ended up deciding on building a deck around Olivia Voldaren.

So, I want to keep this deck around sixty dollars(minus the cost of the commander) and I want to keep it vampire tribal. It needs to be a casual deck so please nothing to competitive. I want to focus around +1/+1 counters, stealing creatures and causing opponents to lose life while I gain life. Ya know...just basic vampire stuff.

Any comments/suggestions are welcome.
