Basically a deck that is supposed to have good mana-ramp to get out some Krakens, Leviathans, Octopuses, and Serpents very quickly.

In the early game, there are some Charging Badgers and other small cards to act as early defence just because, and in the mid-late game there are some Whelming Waves to use to clear the board of any non-aquatic life.
