So the idea is simple get out your Jace's Erasures and draw cards.

The key clocks to aid this are Pilfered Plans , Merfolk Looter and Brainstorm

Pilfered Plans ideally should be played with at least 1 or more Jace's Erasure in play, with 2 in play you get an 7 card card advantage. You draw 2 and they mill 6 but you played 1.

Lands are there to be used for discarding from Brainstorms after you get 6 or so in play. But if you need to there's plenty of lands that can be cheaply cycled again milling for at least 1 if not 3 cards.

You have 16 fog effects, 4 of these; Dawn Charm , double as counter spells against direct damage effects along with Hindering Light which also lets you draw a card. 8 of the fog effects are single mana each making them very valuable in the early game.

Don't forget your life pool is a resource you can easily suck up ten points of damage before kicking in with your fogs.
