I built this deck to see if I could build a playable and mean Rakdos the Defiler commander deck. I thought that Abzan was cool, but Rakdos is just even more fun, and is probably now my favorite color combination thanks to this commander deck. It doesn't always win games, but it sure fights fire with hell. Let's break it down.

The goal is to win with Rakdos damage or just make your opponents sacrifice everything so the Rakdos hit hurts even more and then they can't do anything anymore. Death Cloud makes this goal amazing, and also Keldon Firebombers is fun to play before a Rakdos swing. Some honorable mentions are Dwarven Miner (a nice early game drop to destroy lands to mess up your opponents), Innocent Blood (cheap sac card), Overseer of the Damned (this card is excellent in this deck because it provides food for Rakdos swing), Crucible of Worlds (to play all those sacrificed land) and Rakdos, Lord of Riots (so you can play Demons on the low mana you get). There's many more, but for the sake of the already long description, these are probably the unsung heroes of this deck that make it work.

There's also some mana acceleration, such as Dark Ritual, Grim Monolith, and Thran Dynamo to possibly play your Demons earlier and to defile some worlds.

Merciless Executioner, Fleshbag Marauder, and Slum Reaper are nice little kamikaze warriors in multiplayer, but to be honest, this is just a theory and this deck has never been tested in multiplayer, though I tried to make this deck playable in multiplayer.
