Whipped Dragons (Jund) Deck

Standard* BRG (Jund) Dragons Midrange

The basic idea is to mimic a Whip Deck, while countering the weakness that Sidisi Whip has. We go for Jund rather than Sultai, which means we lose: Sidisi, Stroke, TC and the Triland. The idea is to present a very aggressive midrange shell, while still having whip to basically win us any midrange mirror. The curve is rather high, but there are a lot of 2 cmc cards to keep us alive against aggro. Note: This is not Dragon Tribal. Please don't suggest Tribal cards.

Card explanation:

Whip shell: Courser of Kruphix, Satyr Wayfinder, Whip of Erebos. Tormenting Voice: Discard outlet for Whip (target: Atarka). Also fuels Delve for Tasigur and Cut.

Removal:

2x Cut / 2x Ultimate Price / 2x Thoughtseize / 3 AotG. Sideboard for additional copies + Roast. Our board is completely immune to Anger of the Gods, while said spell gives us much needed breathing room against Aggro in any form.

Threats:

2x Atarka as a reanimator target. Hornet Queen might still be better, further testing will show. 3/1 Stormbreath Sarkhan split for 5 mana Haste. 4x Tasigur. Can come down on T3, blocks Rhinos for ages. 3x Thunderbreak Regent: The card is not exciting, but it's the best 4 drop we can run. Close consideration is Surrak, but that one feels more situational
