White deck cobbled together from one half of a random equal assortment of boosters ranging from Theros to Ixalan, with a few exceptions. 21 plains, 3 non-basic lands with small perks. Due to the small starting pool of cards, there is no real cohesive strategy going on in this deck, and it suffers from an inability to bring cards back from the graveyard. Oketra's Monument and Echoes of the Kin Tree have however saved it from certain loss upon more than a few occasions, and Dusk / Dawn can somewhat level a playing field starting to get out of hand. Consulate Surveillance + Consulate Turret + Aethergeode Miner attempt to give it a way of accumulating energy counters and averting damage. And the ancient foil Plains are there for luck.
