Tribal Soldier is a deck that is focusing on many soldiers who are beating down opponents and their creatures. This deck is a White Weenie style kind of deck.
Creatures Kytheon, Hero of Akros
is a 2/1 human soldier with an ability to gain himself indestructible until end of turn by paying 2 of any color and 1 white mana. A 2/1 for 1 mana is good. Although Kytheon's power and toughness is not unique like other creatures. a 2/1 for 1 mana is efficient. If Kytheon and two of his other creatures attack after combat, Kytheon exiles himself and return to the battlefield as Gideon, Battle-Forged. Gideon, Battle-Forged starts at 3 loyalty counters. His first ability allow to target an opponent's creature to attack Gideon. This ability is useful to change an opponent's creature to an offensive creature. Having a creature who can block the targeted creature Gideon, Battle-Forged who must attack him can be a removal ability. His second ability can protect a creature from removal or untapping tapped creatures. His ability can also be useful for having an indestructible creature to block and not be destroyed. Gideon's last ability can turn himself into a 4/4 human soldier with indestructible and damages will be prevented. Kytheon/Gideon can be a 4/4 as fast as turn 3 (even though using Gideon, Battle-Forged's last ability on turn 3 is only after combat on turn 3).
Soldier of the Pantheon is a 2/1 human soldier with converted mana cost of 1. Soldier of the Pantheon has protection of multicolored spells and abilities. removal spells like Izzet Charm, Maelstrom Pulse and Abrupt Decay can't touch Soldier of the Pantheon. Soldier of the Pantheon will gain the controller of Soldier of the Pantheon 1 life if an opponent casts a multicolored spell.
Thraben Inspector can investigate. While investigating, Thraben Inspector will find a clue artifact token on the battlefield. Clue tokens can draw a card if 2 mana of any color is paid. Thraben Inspector can be a good early blocker.
Precinct Captain is a 2 mana 2/2 with first strike. Whenever Precinct Captain deals combat damage to a player, Precinct Champion will put a 1/1 white soldier taken onto the battlefield. Precinct Captain is great card if an opponent doesn't have any creatures under their control or if an opponent doesn't block Precinct Captain. Not only that but Precinct Captain can have a 1/1 soldier token who can block during an opponent's combat step.
Thalia's Lieutenant is a soldier who comes into play big depending on how many humans the controller control. Whenever Descriptions are very important! They are helpful for getting feedback on your deck. Explain how this deck works, what kind of help you are looking for, etc. a human creature that the controller controls if the controller has Thalia's Lieutenant, Thalia's Lieutenant will get a +1/+1 counter. Thalia's Lieutenant is good in both early, mid and late game. Most of this deck mostly have more humans than any other non-human.
Archetype of Courage grants every creature the controller controls gain first strike while an opponent no longer gain first strike. First Strike can duel against creatures well. The reason why I think running 1 copy of Archetype of Courage is because having more of them on the battlefield won't stack.
Mentor of the Meek can generate card advantage if a creature with power 2 or less enters the battlefield under the controller's of Mentor of the Meek's controller by paying 1 mana of any color. Most of this deck have the power of 2 or less. However, Mentor of the Meek will not trigger this ability if a creature enters the battlefield with power 3 or greater. Anthem effects increases the power and toughness so Mentor of the Meek can't trigger Mentor of the Meek's ability. An example of this is a soldier token who enters the battlefield as a 3/3 with 2 Honor of the Pure.
Preeminent Captain is a kithkin soldier with first strike who can have a soldier creature from the controller who is controlling Preeminent Captain enter the battlefield from the controller's hand tapped and attacking by attacking. This creature can put a soldier into play for free.
Thalia, Heretic Cathar can make opponents creatures and nonbasic lands top enter the battlefield tapped. Tribal decks such as Goblins, Merfolk and Elves are mostly creature heavy. Thalia, Heretic Cathar can shut down decks who rely on more of nonbasic lands such as tron by delay for 1 turn whenever a nonbasic land enters the battlefield.
Captain of the Watch can have reinforcements and a buff to Captain of the Watch's other soldiers by giving them +1/+1. Having Precinct Captain cheating Captain of the watch into play is a good pay off.
Spells
Brave the Elements can protect white creatures from specific colors. This instant can also have a lethal attack to victory. Colorless won't be effected by Brave the Elements unfortunately.
Blessed Alliance is an instant who can gain 4 life to any target player, untap 2 target creatures, or target an opponent to sacrifice an attacking creature. This spell has escalate. Potentially, this spell can have all the abilities by paying a total of 6 mana. Gaining 4 life is useful from recovering damage, untapping two creatures can have blockers to block an opponent who is attacking, and an opponent for having to sacrifice an attacking creature is a great way to take down 1 aggressive threats if the opponent is attacking with one creature.
Honor of the Pure is an effect that allows to get every white creature the enchantment is controlled by to have +1/+1 to each white creature as long as Honor of the Pure is on the battlefield. This is a staple to every white weenie deck.

Tormod's Crypt can get rid of the graveyard. Dredge is a perfect example.
Brave the Elements cause why not?
Aegis of the Gods is like a Leyline of Sanctity(http://tappedout.net/mtg-card/leyline of sanctity/) on a stick. Aegis of the Gods is also a soldier.
Disenchant can destroy troubling artifacts or enchantments.
Kor Firewalker gain Kor Firewalker's controller 1 life from any players who casts a red spell.
Raise the Alarm creates 2 1/1 white soldier tokens. this card is good for going wider if this deck isn't wider to make the cut against an opponent's deck.
Nevermore shuts down a card that this deck have troublesome from a specific card or combo cards to win the game.
That is the budget deck of soldier tribal but let's go into upgrading.
Upgrades
Champion of the Parish is a half version of Thalia's Lieutenant by costing one and if a human comes into play from Champion of the Parish's controller.
Path to Exile is a white premium removal spell to remove threats.
Elspeth, Knight-Errant, Elspeth Tirel and Elspeth, Sun's Champion are great planeswalker cards who creates white solder tokens.
Emeria, The Sky Ruin is a land who can bring back any white creatures the land's controller has as long as the controller has 7 or more plains under their control.
Field Marshal is a soldier lord who grants other soldiers to have +1/+1 and first strike.
Brimaz, King of Oreskos is a strong cat soldier who put a 1/1 vigilance cat token on the battlefield as long as Brimaz, King of Oreskos is either attacking or blocking.
