Quick Disclaimer:

Don't play this deck if anyone in your playgroup is a friend or possible friend of yours. This deck ruins relationships.

So has been my favourite colour combination for a long time now, and this deck has become one of the funnest decks I have ever played with EVER. It plays extremely unfair by taking tons of extra turns and combat steps to absolutely abuse Narset's ability. Your opponents may just scoop because they get bored as they watch you take your 20th turn. Yes. I said 20th.

That being said, please feel free to look through the different sections to see the more detailed inner workings of the deck.

The mana base for this deck is definitely not simple, but in a hundred card, three color singleton deck, what can you expect right?

So how does this deck win? It relies on a combination of extra turn spells, extra combat spells, and evasion spells. Each of these contributes to the cause in their own way.

Extra Turn Package

These are the heart and soul of the deck. They are the spells (often casted for free) that give us the opportunity to wreak havoc on other players over and over again without giving them a chance to respond.

Extra Combat Step Package

These cards act in a similar manor to the extra turn spells, as they provide us with an extra trigger on Narset, and extra commander damage. Basically all we want in this deck.

Evasion Package

These cards either buff Narset or give her some sort of evasion. That is extremely important, as Narset has low stats as a commander. However, when she is buffed up and has flying or unblockable, she can end a game for an opponent in a matter of a couple of turns (which we will likely be taking in a row anyways).

Entering the Infinite

By the way, if we exile Enter the Infinite, we win. Allow me to explain.

  1. We attack with Narset, revealing Enter the Infinite, and we cast it, drawing our deck and placing Omniscience on top.
  2. We exile 2 useless red cards in our hand to cast Fury of the Horde, taking an additional combat and exiling Omniscience to cast.
  3. We can now cast our entire library as we wish, but the important thing here, is that we cast all of our extra turn spells, especially Beacon of Tomorrows.
  4. Since Beacon of Tomorrows gets shuffled into our library, it will be the only card, so we keep drawing it, and casting it over and over to take infinite turns!

So what do we do with all of these turns? The obvious answer would be to beat everyone in the face with commander damage, considering Narset is a FLYING, UNBLOCKABLE, LIFELINK, PROTECTED FROM ALL COLORS, INDESTRUCTIBLE 13/12 MOSTER, but that would be too easy. We can have more fun than that.

  • We could +1 Tamiyo, the Moon Sage until we reach her ultimate, and then proceed to burn all of our opponents out with Boros Charm.
  • We could use Dack Fayden's ultimate to steal their commander by targeting them with Seize the Day and beat them to death with their own generals.
  • Finally, we might just save some time by repeating Dack Fayden's +1 on all of our opponents over and over again, turn after turn, until they are forced to draw a card and they can't. This is my personal favourite method.

Summary

Overall this deck is a ton of fun to play, which at its heart, is what the EDH format is all about. You get to cast spells for free that you usually couldn't dream of casting any other time. This deck is incredibly explosive, and can steal wins out of nowhere, which is one of the best reasons to play it.
