The Plan

• T1: Ramp

• T2: Codie, Vociferous Codex

• T3: Activate Codie, using the mana to cast Slime Against Humanity. Find Extirpate (or a tutor for it). Cast it to exile 37 Slime Against Humanity from your deck and the one in your graveyard. (Since hand and library are private zones, you can fail to find the rest)

Congratulations!

• For the rest of the game, your Slimes Against Humanity create three mana 40/40 tramplers.
• Codie is still useful, since hitting the remaining tutors ensures you'll have Hanweir Battlements   to give haste to your slimes (with leftover red mana from Codie's ability), potentially killing someone on turn 4.
• You can also use tutors to find Fade from History, Unexplained Absence or Olorin's Searing Light. Other than being decent removal options, they have a big chance of finding your last copies of Slime Against Humanity when cast after a Codie activation.
• Lastly, tutors can also be used to find Scavenger Grounds and other utility lands.
• For a budget version, simply cut most of the nonbasics for Forests, then cut expensive turn one ramp cards (Delighted Halfling) for cheaper ones (Boreal Druid).
