Win by: Runechanter's Pike, Acquire for Blightsteel Colossus, Planeswalkers, Mystic Speculation with commander out. Also drakes/soft-lock concession are things I guess.

Honestly, the drakes tend not to get there on their own if there are more than 3 players. Soft-lock concession is still a thing though :')

The deck can easily be budget if you cut some of the cards. As of 05/02/16, 83/100 cards are already under $2 each, mostly under $1.
