Make lots of rats, use Wick's snails for card draw or as a finisher. Changelings can enter, trigger Wick as a rat to put a +1/+1 counter on them as a snail, and immediately be sacrificed as a snail for a quick boost. Arcane Adaptation names Snails to let Wick pump and sacrifice anything you have. Amoeboid Changleling makes rats snails so they can be sacrificed in response to removal. Faces of the Past + Marrow-Gnawer is infinite rats as well as an arbitrarily large Snail token to sacrifice and kill with if Wick is out.
