SILLY BUDGET DECK!

The idea is to create a lot of zombies to attack the opponent widely, with From Under the Floorboards, Shamble Back, Gisa's bidding, Dark Salvation and Rise from the Tides in late game. Curious Homunculus helps you tap for energy and eventually will flip to become a nice 3/4 which also helps cast more spells. Zephyr Scribe draws cards, discards cards with madness and untaps when you cast a spell. Use Compelling Deterence and Just the wind for control, also anticipate to draw more cards. Graf Harvest is neat to give your zombies menace.

This deck could be greatly improved with Jace, Vryn's Apprentice - but he's not budget at all.
