I am convinced Possibility Storm should be broken. Not can, but should. Here, we want to accomplish this with some pretty mediocre red strategies, like putting damage pressure on an opponent with Monastery Swiftspear, Lightning Bolt and Guttersnipe. If all goes well, we can trick them into letting us draw a bunch of cards with
Browbeat
.
Ideally, we make it to Possibility Storm before turn 5. We want it out quick. While it may end up helping our opponent in some cases, I see it hindering more often than not for the simple reason that sane people don't build decks with Possibility Storm in mind. This deck is not meant to preserve sanity.
Our other goal is to get Guttersnipe before we drop Possibility Storm. If I understand it correctly, he triggers for each card cast with the Storm.
Possibility Storm opens up a couple game-breaking cards for us. Cards we want it to hit:
Enter the Infinite, because then we drop Laboratory Maniac, play Izzet Charm and win the game.
Omniscience, because it can't possibly be a bad thing.
Time Stretch for the same reason.
Inferno
because it's badass.
Worldspine Worm
because I can't afford Emrakul.
