This commander takes me back to the days where I'd play mtg at Denny's at 1 am with the good ol' bois. It's my new favorite thing combining my love of Mayael the Anima and yeeting off the top of my library, to maverick and my old hate bear tempo disruption decks. Only instead of 5 cards at a time Winota has a little line of text that says "Whenever a non-Human creature you control attacks, look at the top six cards of your library." that means you get one trigger, for each attacking non-human creature and its not at all unreasonable to look through your entire deck. An ornithopter, a goblin, and a token swinging on turn 4 means you look through the top 18 cards of your library and YEET 3 humans into play for free. Anyway this deck works by just winning the game when winota hits the field, at sorcery speed, and watching people not be able to do anything about. If you want to know more look below.

Total cost 1R + RRR (over 2 turns)

1. Play Goblin Recruiter
2. Stack your library like such A. Conspicuous Snoop B. Torch Courier C. Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker
3. Cast Snoop.
4. Cast courier off the top with Snoops ability
5. Sac courier targeting snoop to give it haste
6. With Kiki on top Snoop will have it's ability.
7. Tap snoop using the kiki ability targeting snoop. (This will make an untapped snoop token with haste)
8. Repeat the process until you have infinite tapped snoops and one untapped snoop.
9. Make a copy of goblin recruiter
10. Put mogg fanatic on top
11. Sac the snoop clones (they will now have the ability of fanatic)
12. Kill opponents one ping at a time.

This line is the pile for the scenarios where your goblin recruiter can be killed or if you have no access to mogg fanatic Total cost 1R + RRRR (over 2 turns)

1. Play Goblin Recruiter
2. Stack your library like such A. Conspicuous Snoop B. Torch Courier C. Skirk Prospector D. Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker E. Goblin Sharpshooter
3. Cast Snoop.
4. Cast courier and prospector off the top with Snoops ability
5. Sac courier targeting snoop to give it haste
6. With Kiki on top Snoop will have it's ability.
7. Tap snoop using the kiki ability targeting snoop. (This will make an untapped snoop token with haste)
8. Repeat the process until you have infinite tapped snoops and one untapped snoop.
9. Sacrifice 5 tapped Snoop tokens to cast Kiki off the top of your library.
10. Cast Sharpshooter off the top.
11. Tap Kiki making a clone of sharpshooter.
12. Ping your opponent
13. Sacrifice a snoop clone to Skirk prospector to make a mana and untap the Sharpshooter.
14. Repeat until all opponents are dead.

The most well known lines that you prolly dont even need to read, the kiki/twin lines

1. Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Zealous Conscripts = activate Kiki targeting conscripts to make a copy. Target kiki with the conscripts untap ability. Repeat. Makes infinite copies of conscripts to swing for lethal.
2. Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Village Bell-Ringer - same as above except bellringer untaps all creatures and doesn't have to target. ( This also allows for a non-combat win with a Goblin sharpshooter -(not currently in deck) on the field))
3. Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Combat Celebrant - activate Kiki Pre-Combat on your turn targeting celebrant. Attack with the haste token. Use the triggered ability of celebrant exerting it which will untap kiki and make another combat. Repeat.
4. If you Splinter Twin enchant village bellringer or combat celebrant with splinter twin they act the same as the Kiki-Jiki Combos detailed above.
5. If you twin enchant zealous conscripts make sure you resolve stealing their permanents like lands and mana crypt before making your new token just so they get to suffer

Splinter Twin + Goblin Sharpshooter - For this combo to work you will need atleast one creature on the field with one toughness, or a wy to make a creature die.

1. Enchant a sharpshooter without summoning sickness with Twin.
2. Make a copy (B) of sharpshooter with twin.
3. Either use the copy (B) to either ping a creature with 1 toughness or kill a creature by other means. (This will untap the 2 sharpshooters)
4. Use the Sharpshooter with Twin (A) to make a 3rd sharpshooter (C).
5. Use sharpshooter B to ping an opponent for one.
6. Make sharpshooter C ping itself, killing it. (This will untap the 2 remaining (A+B))
7. Repeat steps 4-6 infinitely pinging opponents to death.
