Sideboard

Pile on the humans, and put your enemy to that stake! It's very straight-forward, playing humans in abundance to ping your opponent while you build into Cloudshifting Malcontents and a Burn at the Stake finisher.

In play, I find the deck moves fast enough that I don't tend to sacrifice creatures to blocking, and I don't attack into blockers. Searing Spear got put in there for removal, and Warpriests for being solid-enough humans with the ability to destroy enchantments; however, unless I know I need to save them for that, they see play quick and early.

The sideboard is designed to offer a bit more control or a bit more of a traditional offensive, if needed.
