I have a feeling this deck is a little on the slow side. I've been toying with the idea of either removing the Briarbridge Patrols since they don't mesh real great with the Decimator of the Provinces. Either that or putting in some different fatties.

Is there another way to manipulate the artifacts available in standard?

I've also been thinking about timing the Cryptolith Rites by 1 and the Ulvenwald Mysteries by 1, but this deck plays nicer once these hit the board.
