You know how even casual commander decks usually run $200-$300? Well, the absolute most expensive card in this deck is Simic Ascendancy at a whopping $2.95. Granted, it still costs about $70 to buy piecemeal, and you miss out on pretty much all the meta cards, but this SHOULD be a decent low-budget deck that can go wide AND tall. Comments and suggestions are EXTREMELY welcome, and I can and will update to make it better! Just remember, I'm prioritizing CHEAP over GOOD, so pretty much anything over $2 is a hard sell.

Update (12/19/22): Bontu's Monument is a $4 uncommon now, so I swapped it out for Battle at the Bridge

Update (4/26/23): I decided to drop Pillar of Origins because so much of the deck is non-Hydras. I swapped it out for new cheapness, AKA Neverwinter Hydra, which isn't exactly new, but I thought was a fitting addition. Might simplify the manabase later, might not.
