This is an updated variant of a casual Manabarbs Control deck, intended for group play and passively burning other players as they tap lands for mana. With The Wanderer and/or Personal Sanctuary active, Earthquake and Manabarbs cannot damage you. Day of Judgment can purge the field while you're setting up the enchantments, and Cleansing Nova can do a complete wipe if your opponent establishes artifact/enchantments before you can.

Ghostly Prison + Manabarbs burns the opponent for 2 per attacker. Manabarbs + War's Toll will burn the opponent for an amount equal to all of their lands, even if they're trying to just cast a 2 mana spell. This is especially helpful if the opponent is trying to save mana for Instants to play on your turn, or saving mana for attacking. Ghostly Prison + Manabarbs + War's Toll forces opponents to choose between attacking or playing spells, as they cannot do both, and the more lands and creatures they have, the more damage they will take. Eventually their life will be so low that they will be unable to do anything. Earthquake + The Wanderer protects your non-flying creatures from noncombat damage, making them immune to the board wipe and the direct damage, so paying 7R will only kill the other players, not you. Roiling Vortex is the Modern legal version of Sulfuric Vortex that burns Cascade/Suspend cards, and also punishes Mizzix's Mastery and Mind's Desire. Should you play against lifegain, turning it off for R will be helpful. Should you be hurting for life, All That Glitters + Healer's Hawk + Seasoned Cathar for gaining life lost in the early game. Auramancer + Thrill of Possibility will let you discard superfluous enchantments while you search for land early on, but still have them recoverable for later.
