I was originally building Izzet Chaos but there were no Izzet Commanders that I thought were cool enough. I had been thinking about a Xantcha deck for a while and I just took out all the blue and went with black. Any suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated. I'm pretty bad at deck building so don't feel bad for pointing out stupid mistakes if they are there. Thank you for your time

So after mulling over this for a couple of days I decided to drop the coin flip sub-theme for some more practical, reliable cards that fit better with Xantcha.

So out goes: Creepy Doll-- Karplusan Minotaur-- Boompile-- Goblin Bomb-- Krark's Thumb-- Game of Chaos-- Tide of War-- Chance Encounter-- These are all the coin flip cards. Never got to playtest with them but decided to cut to open the door for more consistency

Defiler of Souls-- Humble Defector-- Wildfire Eternal-- Took out the creatures to fit more fun stuff. I'm not to big on creatures anyway. Added Neheb, the Eternal because he fits so well with Xantcha

Talisman of Indulgence-- I really wanted Thought Vessel and decided to cut the Talisman for it

Wheel of Fortune-- Decided to make my expensive purchase Demonic Tutor instead

Custody Battle-- Lethal Vapors-- Rite of the Raging Storm-- Spiteful Visions

And I put in these. Some were mentioned above Neheb, the Eternal-- Elixir of Immortality-- Thran Turbine-- Thought Vessel-- Alhammarret's Archive-- Mindslaver-- Demonic Tutor-- Syphon Mind-- Mana Geyser-- Scrambleverse-- Worst Fears-- Bloodchief Ascension-- Vampiric Link-- Braid of Fire-- Black Market-- Stolen Strategy-- Daretti, Scrap Savant-- Terminate

I noticed I had a lot of Artifacts and I didn't want to give them up so when I dropped the flip a coin subtheme I opted more for a Artifact subtheme with Daretti and Elixer to get back Artifacts in the grave

I also changed a few lands Out went 2 Swamp-- 3 Mountain-- Wooded Foothills

and in went Buried Ruin-- Great Furnace-- Inventors' Fair-- A few lands to help with the artifact subtheme

Endless Sands-- Mage-Ring Network-- Temple of the False God-- These lands help with the high CMC spells in the deck and also Sands helps get rid of Xantcha if I get her back
