After an exciting Craigslist purchase, this is one of the first decks I constructed. All suggestions are appreciated.

As you see, there's a life gain element, as Boros enjoys life. But it's not the point.

The point is getting hasted and doublestrike creatures into play, and taking control of their creatures and sacrificing them using Brion.

I can clear the board in several ways of creatures and enchantments specifically in two more ways. Stranglehold and other cards slow down the pace a bit so I can get things together.

And a little burn keeps everyone warm on cold winter's nights.

What's nice about Boros is that you can have elements of burn and lifegain mixed in without significant penalty.

Playtesting shows this deals 20 damage by round 5 about half the time. About 20% is does it by round 4, and 30% goes over round 5.
