The mechanic is a simple vintage storm that pulls from massive pull from deck to hand or graveyard. in the case of pull to graveyard via Necropotence Yawgmoth's Will gives the answer since mana acceleration cards can also be kept in the hand and lotus petals placed in the graveyard to provide more power to storm.

Since this deck is so unstable in relying on the starting hand due to lack of draw and requiring a short game sideboard is something that will rely even more heavily on the metagame and the options you expect opponents to be playing, as such i don't have a consistent answer other than black control.
