This is my first attempt at a Mill deck. I don't have the cash for the fetch lands but I would appreciate any suggestions. The basic idea is to get out hedron crabs early, along with a fog bank to stall. I threw in three crypt incursions to deal with aggro decks. Mesmeric orbs to make them play cautious or mill themselves out. Jace is an easy mill 10 and forces them to play smart. If they don't target him, they'll continue to be milled 10 per turn. Consuming Aberration is a great late game item to deal with large creatures. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Edit (12/14/) - I got rid of the Thought Scour's and put in four mind funerals for more mill and put in two Visions of Beyond for a much better option in my opinion for card draw.

Edit (12/16) - I'm not going to switch out any of the cards just yet because I want to try the deck in its current state before making any changes. I've changed the format from modern to casual because I mostly play with my friends who all use decks that aren't standard or modern or any format really. One of my friends uses cards that are like six or seven years old. In saying this if anyone knows of any really powerful mill cards that are old or "broken" let me know. Its always fun being the one using an op card against friends.

Edit (12/19) I really want to drop the money for some great fetch lands like Polluted Delta, maybe a christmas gift, but I was also thinking of putting in Terramorphic Expanse and Evolving Wilds as a sub for the time being. I also want to get Archive Trap into the deck along with Ghost Quarter, but I'm patiently waiting for the remaining cards to come in before I do any changes.*I recently played a game against my friend after I added four Mind Funeral's one Visions of Beyond and a couple dual lands and did surprisingly well. Those were the only cards that came in so far but I was happy with how it played out. I decided to take out Jace, Memory Adept and one Mesmeric Orb because although they are great cards, i've noticed through playing that paying 5 mana for Jace, Memory Adept is way to much in a tight situation. I also took out Mesmeric Orb because after play testing with it, one or even two will do fine but having three out at the same time was damaging. I would mill out a lot of my cards and mill out cards that are suppose to mill my opponent like Mind Funeral. I added Psychic Strike to stop threats like unblockable enchantments or other threats like protection from black or blue that can be and has been crippling resulting in a loss.
