Recently I have been having my ass handed to me at tournaments. Everyone has Hangarback Walkers, Jace Telepath Unbound, Dragonlord Ojutai, Mantis Rider (oh my god I hate Mantis Rider) and many more obnoxious cards that I can't pull and won't buy. From the ashes of my many defeats comes this deck.

Mono-blue deck that bounces, taps, and counters ANYTHING your opponent dishes out. Main goal is to keep their field open and their frustration level through the roof. Attack with your creatures to win. And even if you don't win... At least you weren't smoked in 6-11 turns.

Sides boarded some black if I need to get a little aggressive (without having an aggro deck)
